We’re hiring a sustainability and climate change professional. The requirement is immediate and urgent. Details are below:

Title: Sustainability Consultant | Relevant experience: 3–4 years

Location: Hyderabad | Joining: Immediate | Employment type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities:

· This is a client-facing role with delivery and client account responsibility.

· Requires the ability to work independently with very little supervision and guidance.

· Prepare thoughtful and contextual sustainability and ESG reports

· Design and execute materiality and double materiality assessments

· Conduct sustainability maturity, gap, and readiness assessments

· Support development of sustainability and ESG strategies and roadmaps

· Coordinate and respond to ESG rating and ranking agencies (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, MSCI, Sustainalytics)

· Develop client-ready presentations, frameworks, and written deliverables

· Support proposal development and internal knowledge building

· Identification of new business opportunities and support in business development activities

Desired Skills and Competencies:

Below are some of the mandatory skills and competencies:

· Having experience in conceptualising and writing at least 6-7 sustainability reports, with experience of getting the reports assured by a third party

· Having experience of delivering at least 5 sustainability strategy and roadmap assignments of high quality

· Supported at least 7-8 ESG rating assignments

· Held positions requiring accountability and independent stakeholder management

· Climate risk and adaptation

· Carbon accounting and decarbonization

· Supply chain sustainability

· Human rights risk assessment

· Hands-on experience on Life cycle assessment

· Water risk assessment
