Production Administrative Assistant

PVHardware is an experienced Maintenance Admin to help in purchase orders of maintenance parts for our manufacturing machinery.

PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!

Responsibilities

• Purchasing of maintenance parts for our manufacturing machinery.
• Work side by side with our maintenance team to insure understanding of needed repair parts.
• Prioritize the best value for the company, putting the company's interest as top priority.
• Become an expert in your field and advice team members on the best options available for maintenance parts.
• Be a team player and support on other matters as needed.
• More responsibilities to be added as the business requires.

Skills

• Experience in technical parts, previous technical, or industrial work experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
• Bilingual in Spanish
