We are seeking experienced solar detach and reinstall installers
Responsibilities
- Safely remove, store, and reinstall PV panels and related equipment in coordination with roofing schedules.
- Inspect, document, and report system conditions before and after work is performed.
- Manage and account for all tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (Osha, NEC) and company protocols.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues encountered during removal or reinstall phases.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of solar instillation or solar D&R experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of PV systems, racking, inverters, and roofing interface.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work at heights, and operate safely in all outdoor conditions
- NABCEP certification (preferred but not required).
