About Us

Puro Climate is a New York–based nonprofit consultancy working at the intersection of aerospace, aviation, and clean energy. We design pilots, verify impact with satellite and data tools, and help turn public and private funding into measurable emissions reductions.

Role summary

We’re looking for a proactive Account Executive intern to help generate and qualify business opportunities, manage outreach, and support partner relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional or student who wants hands-on deal experience in climate tech and sustainability consulting.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and qualify leads across target sectors (airports, ports, data centers, hydrogen/energy hubs).
  • Manage outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) and update CRM.
  • Prepare briefing notes, outreach templates, and one-page proposals for prospects.
  • Coordinate intro calls and help run follow-up and pipeline activities.
  • Support proposal development and track RFP/FOA timelines.
  • Help prepare pipeline reports and weekly updates for leadership.

Success looks like

  • A healthy, organized pipeline of qualified leads.
  • 4–8 meaningful outreach conversations per month with target contacts.
  • Well-documented CRM entries, outreach sequences, and templates the team re-uses.

Who you are

  • Curious, organized, persistent, and comfortable doing outreach.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, biz-dev, or relevant internships (startups, consulting, climate orgs) — students welcome.
  • Strong written & verbal communication (English); Italian or other languages a plus.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn outreach and basic CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable).
  • Interest in sustainability, aviation, and energy systems.
