POSITION SUMMARY:

 

 

The Solar Development Project Management Assistant position reports directly to the Project Development Manager, with the primary responsibility of making sure the Project Managers have the support they need to complete projects on time, and that incentives, permit and interconnection deadlines are met.

 

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

●        Utility interconnection applications from application through approval to install. Ops Assistant is primary point person to help close out with the utility for PTO (assistance from PMA when needed on post install items)

o        Submitting Utility Interconnection Drawings - Not responsible for completing drawings nor checking drawings.  The PM or PDM is responsible for making sure the drawings are completed.

o        Coordinate with customers to collect key information like insurance and signatures

o        Accurately input information into PowerClerk application

o        Update and create appropriate standard operation procedures when needed

●        NRES - Incentives

o        Help sales with program eligibility questions

o        Organize application and documentation

o        Coordinate with customers to

o        Submit Incentives and oversee the process until incentives are awarded

o        Coordinate updates and requirements with customers and BDMs / Development team

o        Save documentation in project folders in google drive

o        NRES incentive spreadsheet is up to date

o        Keep on top of incentive deadlines so that awarded incentives do not expire

●        RRES - Incentive (Standard)

o        Collect information

o        Submit Application

o        Oversee process through project closeout (PTO)

o        Coordinate with PM for PM to solve issues that arise (ex: production offset, usage letters / load estimation report).

●        RRES - Low Income Multifamily

o        Collect information

o        Submit Application

o        Oversee process through project closeout (PTO)

o        Coordinate with PM for PM to solve issues that arise (ex: production offset, usage letters / load estimation report).

●        Executing on permits

o        Determine requirements from municipality

o        Submit documentation

o        If follow-up questions required and support is needed, direct to PM to resolve

●        Attending required weekly internal meetings

●        Assisting with project transfers from sales to development

●        The overall assisting of maintaining Smartsheet procedures - update a template / figure out a dashboard update with consultant’s help

●        Data entry and activity management in CRM - Pipedrive

●     At times asked to visit job sites to collect information, drop off materials or helping with deliveries if needed

●        Assisting with system design details and any research when needed

●        Tracking and project updating to make sure all processes are complete

●        Follow up with vendors, clients, etc.

●        Taking on or assisting with various internal projects as assigned on the operations side of the business

●        Discerning and maintaining confidential information

●        Prioritizing tasks and projects with constantly changing deadlines and expectations

Required Skills:

●        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

●        Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

●        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

●        CRM Experience

●        Ability to manage many projects and tasks in a high pace environment

●        Must have a valid driver’s license

The following benefits become available after the employee’s 60 day probationary period has ended

The following benefits become available after the employee’s 90 day probationary period has ended

●        Vacation days - up to four weeks depending on years of service, with the ability of rolling over five days to the next year. For an employee that onboards in January, two weeks of vacation time will be available after the probationary period.

●        Personal days - two days per year 

●        Sick days - three days per year

●        Eight paid holidays per year

●        Summer Hours on Fridays - starting on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and ending the Friday of Labor Day weekend, the office will close at 1 pm. Work permitting, employees will work four hours and be paid for the other four. Note: Employees understand that if there are deadlines to meet, they must be completed even if you have to work more than four hours.

 

The following benefits are available immediately

●        401K - employees can start contributing upon employment. PurePoint matches up to 4% after one year of employment.

●        Mileage reimbursement - PurePoint has a transit fleet for their employees, however should you need to use your own vehicle to travel on company business, you will be reimbursed for mileage. The mileage is calculated using the yearly standard IRS mileage rate. The reimbursement occurs the following month (IE: January reimbursement = February payout).

●        Paid training

This position is onsite, in the office, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $53,000 - $58,000
