We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner closely with Account Executives in driving enterprise sales across the Real Estate and Sustainability sectors. This is not a support role. This is a revenue-critical presales leadership role.

Our client is a leading sustainability SaaS platform serving the Real Estate sector. The company helps asset managers, property managers, and real estate investors manage sustainability performance, reduce risk, and improve financial outcomes through data-driven insights.

You will:

Qualify and shape enterprise opportunities

Translate complex customer requirements into tailored solution strategies

Lead high-impact demos and presentations

Engage C-level stakeholders

Enable the sales team with deep industry expertise

What You’ll Own

Enterprise Presales Strategy

Partner with AEs to shape and qualify deals

Address technical and business objections

Build tailored sales strategies per account

Real Estate & Sustainability Expertise

Understand asset-level operational challenges

Connect sustainability goals to platform capabilities

Position the platform as a financial and risk management driver

Demonstrations & Value Communication

Deliver impactful demos to Real Estate professionals

Build presentations and business cases

Translate complex product capabilities into clear value narratives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Product, Marketing, Consulting, Engineering

Provide feedback to improve offering relevance

Enable sales with best practices and playbooks

Must-Have Requirements

5+ years in presales / sales engineering / solutions engineering (Enterprise SaaS)

Experience In Real Estate And/or Sustainability (required)

Strong understanding of asset management, PropTech, or ESG environments

C-level engagement capability

Strong business + technical translation ability

Fluent in German and English (mandatory)

Ability to work hybrid in Paris, Berlin, or London

Nice to Have

Experience selling into Asset Managers or Fund Managers

Sustainability compliance knowledge (EU taxonomy, ESG reporting)

Financial modeling exposure in Real Estate

Experience in SaaS scale-up environments
