IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Lead the development and execution of PTCL sustainability and ESG agenda by integrating sustainable business practices across operations, driving environmental and social impact initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant sustainability frameworks and reporting standards. The role is responsible for enhancing organizational sustainability performance through effective stakeholder engagement, governance, performance monitoring, and the delivery of strategic sustainability programs that support long-term business objectives.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Develop and execute sustainability and ESG initiatives aligned with organizational strategy, business objectives, and industry best practices.
  • Drive sustainability integration across functions by collaborating with business units to embed sustainable practices into operations, projects, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sustainability performance through KPIs, ESG metrics, regulatory disclosures, and sustainability reports.
  • Lead sustainability programs and projects including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Promote responsible supply chain and stakeholder engagement practices by working with vendors, regulators, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to advance sustainability goals.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainability Management, Energy Management, or a related field.

Preferred

  • GRI Certified Sustainability Professional
  • ESG Certification (CFA Institute / GARP SCR)
  • ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
  • Carbon Management or Climate Risk Certification


Experience


  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Sustainability, ESG, Environment, Climate Change, Corporate Responsibility, or HSE functions.
  • Experience within Telecom, Technology, Energy, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, or other large corporate environments preferred.
  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
