What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure technical specifications align with market needs and customer demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Develop and communicate product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging for new and existing automotive products.
  • Act as the technical liaison between engineering teams and sales/marketing teams, translating complex technical details into clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Assist in product launch activities, including planning, documentation, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and trade shows.
  • Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide recommendations for product improvements or new feature development.
  • Ensure product marketing strategies comply with relevant automotive regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.) to manage product timelines and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.



What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing/planning, technical sales, marketing or a similar role in the automotive or vehicle industry.
  • Good understanding of automotive systems and features.
  • Experience with market research, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of automotive regulatory requirements and industry standards.
