We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Setters—the first point of contact in helping homeowners save money and switch to clean energy.

As a Solar Setter, you’ll be knocking doors, talking to homeowners, setting qualified appointments, or making cold calls for our solar consultants. We provide a weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and plenty of growth opportunities for those who show consistency and drive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Talk to homeowners in assigned neighborhoods

  • Educate them briefly about the benefits of solar

  • Schedule a free consultation with one of our solar reps

  • Track leads and appointments using our tools

  • Represent the company with professionalism and energy
