Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for projects based in Finland. The Sales Project Manager can work from Finland, Estonia or Latvia. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and coordinating project workflows from inception to final delivery. Key duties include overseeing project timelines, analyzing data for decision-making, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, and executing sales strategies to foster business growth. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with sustainability goals.


Qualifications

  • Finnish language proficiency
  • Proven experience in Project Coordination, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance, evaluate data, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring satisfaction.
  • Experience in Sales strategy development, execution, and client acquisition to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to both on-site and remote scenarios.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience in sustainable construction practices and materials is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
