Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Project Coordinator for our client, a leader in the renewable energy industry. In this role, you will support a fast-moving team by ensuring project schedules are maintained, purchase orders are processed, and all administrative tasks are executed seamlessly. You will play a vital role in tracking progress, coordinating communications, and ensuring that project milestones are met. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, taking detailed minutes during both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Act as the liaison between team members, employees, and third-party vendors to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Manage project reporting, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are informed of project status, timelines, and updates.
  • Process and track invoices related to transmission and interconnection activities, ensuring payments are made on time.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
  • Support the transmission and interconnection team with various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Regularly update project management tools to ensure all team members have access to the latest information.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy, GIS, power generation, transmission, or utilities sector preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in vendor management and corporate compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience in preparing executive-level reports and maintaining clear project plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-driven approach to completing tasks.
