Senior Cost Accountant The Senior Cost Accountant at Premier PV leads cost accounting for high-volume manufacturing, managing standard costs, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliations. This role partners with Operations and IT to ensure BOM and routing accuracy, drives margin insights, and supports month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting. As a subject-matter expert, the Senior Cost Accountant leads cross-functional initiatives, mentors peers, and provides actionable financial analysis to influence operational decisions and improve cost control. Partner with Operations to create and maintain standard costs and BOM/routing accuracy Prepare and analyze cost variances (material, labor, overhead); maintain costing master data in ERP Lead/assist monthly close for Revenue and COGS, including journal entries, allocations, and reconciliations Ensure integrity of internal controls in compliance with SOX and company policies Provide ad hoc analysis and participate in cross-functional projects 46 years of cost accounting experience in high-volume manufacturing ~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (Finance acceptable); CPA or CMA a plus ~ SAP, Viewpoint) and Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook ~ Empowering Progress: Premier PV leads in eBOS manufacturing, prioritizing innovation and quality.
