Senior Solar Consultant
*Applicants without solar sales experience for an installation contractor will not be considered* Premo Roofing & Solar is a family business with a proven track record of outstanding roof and solar system installations throughout the central coast. We're seeking a solar sales manager who will utilize their technical and sales knowledge to design and sell residential solar energy systems to homeowners and business owners throughout Salinas, Monterey, and Santa Cruz. As Solar Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following: * Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts and presentations for commercial and residential customers.
* Utilize design software to size PV and battery systems.
* Calculate potential solar array production, estimated bill savings, and battery sizing using solar design software.
* Lead generation and appointment setting.
* Mentoring junior sales consultants. Requirements * 4+ years work experience as a solar sales consultant for a licensed solar contractor.
* Advanced knowledge of solar and energy storage design configurations.
* Professional appearance and a friendly disposition.
* Ability to relate technical information in layman’s terms.
* Advanced knowledge of solar design software, CRM, and general office software (Word, Excel).
* Ability to read construction plans and communicate with general contractors. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:
