Job Description
PowerUP Energy Technologies is seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate or someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to start a career in B2B sales within a fast-moving cleantech company.
No prior sales experience is required. We are looking for someone motivated, curious, eager to learn, and ready to hustle. You’ll receive hands-on training and work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn the foundations of B2B sales, lead generation, and customer engagement.
This is a full-time, onsite position at our headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia.
What you’ll do:
- Support PowerUP’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting activities
- Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research target companies and decision-makers, and add them to our CRM
- Help qualify leads and support discovery calls with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Support the sales team with basic coordination and administrative tasks
- Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline creation
- Learn and apply B2B sales processes, tools, and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- You are already located in Estonia and available for full-time, onsite work (Please note: we are unable to provide work permits for this position.)
- Recently graduated from university (or graduated within the last 1–2 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (completed or close to completion)
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional languages (such as Estonian or German) are a plus
- Passionate, proactive, and motivated to grow and build a career in sales
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve
- Comfortable using digital tools (email, LinkedIn, CRM systems); prior experience is a plus but not required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams
