Role Overview

PowerUP Energy Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving long-term growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key regions.
Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure to ensure financial targets are met.
Proactively manage and expand relationships with clients and distributors to generate consistent revenue streams.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Represent PowerUP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
Experience working in the green energy sector is required, specifically with technologies such as batteries, hydrogen, wind turbines, or solar panels.
Proven track record of successfully making revenue and closing significant deals.
Proficiency in a Nordic language is required, with a strong preference for Swedish.
Genuine curiosity about hydrogen innovations and green technology, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Result-driven mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to travel occasionally or relocate to Tallinn, Estonia
