What You'll Do Assemble and install all components of residential solar systems with precision and professionalism Perform trenching, concrete work, and structural mounting of racking and electrical equipment Seal all penetrations effectively to maintain roof integrity and prevent leaks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new products, installation techniques, and safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality installations and customer satisfaction Travel occasionally for project installations as needed What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on solar installation experience required Technical skills: Proficient in racking assembly, module mounting, conduit runs, and electrical connections Physical ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, work on rooftops, and perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions Team player: Dependable, communicative, and collaborative with a strong work ethic Attention to detail: Commitment to safety, precision, and workm
