In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and other structures — ensuring every system is safe, efficient, and built to the highest standards. What You’ll Do
- Assemble and install all components of residential solar systems with precision and professionalism
- Perform trenching, concrete work, and structural mounting of racking and electrical equipment
- Seal all penetrations effectively to maintain roof integrity and prevent leaks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new products, installation techniques, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality installations and customer satisfaction
- Travel occasionally for project installations as needed
⚡ What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on solar installation experience required
- Technical skills: Proficient in racking assembly, module mounting, conduit runs, and electrical connections
- Physical ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, work on rooftops, and perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions
- Team player: Dependable, communicative, and collaborative with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail: Commitment to safety, precision, and workmanship
- Professionalism: Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Requirements:
- Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
- Regular, reliable attendance
