About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and support our global, multi-country HR business partnership. This role requires a leader who operates as a true business partner—someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

The HR Director will work closely with leadership across regions to ensure HR practices are aligned, scalable, and effective globally. This person will play a central role in harmonizing processes, enabling managers, and ensuring that HR is a consistent, value-creating partner across all countries where we operate. This person will need to develop strong relationship with the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day HR operations in multiple countries, ensuring compliant, timely, and high-quality HR service delivery.

· Partner with regional HRBP, local providers, and internal teams to solve issues, standardize workflows, and improve global operational efficiency.

· Maintain a hands-on approach to managing employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, compensation processes, and other HR lifecycle activities across geographies.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across regions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.

· Build strong, credible relationships with leadership teams globally, providing insights grounded in both local realities and global business needs.

· Influence decision-making using data, sound judgment, and an understanding of diverse regional contexts.

· Ensure alignment with local labor laws while maintaining a unified HR philosophy and global standard

· Lead or support global change initiatives, ensuring coherent communication and adoption across multiple countries.

· Identify global talent challenges early and propose scalable solutions.

· Support global compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring fairness and consistency across countries.

· Work with finance, regional HR, and leadership to align compensation decisions with market data and global frameworks.

· Drive talent management initiatives (performance management, Talent review, etc)

Must-Have Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience as HR Director, Senior HRBP, or equivalent
  • Track record of partnering with senior leaders
  • Strong operational HR foundation
  • Experience in workforce planning, org design, and change management
  • Hands-on
  • Involvement in compensation cycles (salary, bonus, incentives)
  • Strong understanding of performance, career, and succession processes
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with multi-country teams
  • Ability to coach and influence managers at all levels
  • High judgment, maturity, and business acumen


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in fast-growing or transformation environments
  • Exposure to SaaS or tech companies
  • Experience harmonizing processes across regions
  • Familiarity with HRIS and analytics tools
  • Ability to build simple, scalable HR frameworks

  • Strong operational grounding + strategic capability
  • Preferably experienced in multi-country or global HR
