  • We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in the Paints & Coatings industry by promoting innovative solvent recycling solutions. This role is ideal for a B2B sales pro who thrives on building client relationships, delivering value, and closing deals—without needing a technical science background.

 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of industrial clients
  • Identify and engage new customers in the paints & coatings sector
  • Promote the benefits of solvent recycling: cost savings, compliance, and sustainability
  • Deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving regulations

 
WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial services, waste management, or chemicals
  • Knowledge or experience in the paints and coatings industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter attitude and a track record of hitting sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as needed
