About the Role

We are seeking a team member to support our climate and nature risk governance legal and advisory team. This role will primarily support the delivery and coordination of our Knowledge & Insights Services, working closely with the Head of Knowledge & Insight Services to maintain systems, processes, and outputs. The role is a junior-mid one, and includes research and analysis tasks, as well as hands-on involvement in content management, administration, and process improvement. There will also be an opportunity to support the Pollination Law team on broader sustainability advisory files, on an ad hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent written communication and comprehension skills, a curious mind and a positive, proactive approach.


Key Responsibilities

Insights

  • Monitoring of dynamic developments in the climate change, nature and human rights spaces – across policy and regulation, science, capital markets and the real economy.
  • Analysis - summarising and considering the consequences of those developments.
  • Assist with formatting, referencing, and version control of insight materials to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to publication.

Administrative Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external requests relating to access to knowledge resources or Insight materials, escalating or resolving as appropriate.
  • Support project coordination and task tracking, including follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with preparation, formatting, and distribution of reports, newsletters, and paid insight deliverables.
  • Contribute to business development activities by helping prepare proposals and maintain client-facing collateral.

Knowledge Management

  • Support the migration of resources from legacy systems to Sharepoint including mapping, testing, and metadata management.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to help summarise, tag, or organise knowledge materials efficiently, and to support quality control and consistency checks.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled knowledge tools across systems, helping test, document and embed new processes into day-to-day workflows.
  • Assist with data entry, tagging, and categorisation of knowledge materials to enhance accessibility.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Legally-qualified professional (any discipline), precedents lawyer. or governance professional.
  • Experience or keen professional interest in sustainability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with or interest in AI-assisted research or document-management tools an advantage .
  • Would suit individual studying a related field or someone returning from a career break.
