Overview The Head of Capital Markets will be responsible for leading Plural Energy's capital-raising initiatives for renewable energy issuers. This role involves developing and executing investor outreach strategies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding distribution channels through Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), family offices, tax advisors, broker-dealers, and wealth managers. Leverage existing networks to expand Plural Energy's market presence. Oversee investor relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to align capital market strategies with the company’s goals. 8+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or asset management. ~ Strong network within institutional investment communities and financial advisors. ~ Experience building and managing a capital markets team. ~ Interest or experience in blockchain technology is a plus.
