? Tech Co-Founder / CTO – SaaS-focused


Planet Cents is a climate tech startup with a proprietary environmental impact SaaS API built and ready to sell, helping sustainable sellers display environmental impact scores. Our B2B2C sustainable marketplace is in beta and will embed our SaaS for a global seller network.


We are entering the growth + funding stage and seeking a proven SaaS-focused Tech Co-Founder / CTO with business development, investor fundraising, and strong financial management expertise to scale our products globally. E-commerce experience is a plus but not required.


What You’ll Do: - Lead technical strategy and execution for SaaS API and marketplace - Drive SaaS business development and enterprise client acquisition - Lead investor fundraising efforts with the Founder - Recruit, lead, and inspire a top-tier engineering team - Oversee integrations, security, and product evolution


Required Qualifications: ✔ 10+ years technical leadership with SaaS scale-up wins ✔ Enterprise-level business development experience ✔ Startup fundraising track record (pre-seed to Series B+) ✔ Strong financial management expertise ✔ Willingness to work for equity until funding ✔ Able to work collaboratively with a strong female Founder


Preferred Skills & Experience: - E-commerce platform experience (bonus) - Climate tech or retail tech background - Advanced business or technical degree - Global scaling experience
