Job Details

  • Lead day-to-day operations including payroll, vendor management, compliance, and office administration.
  • Establish and scale procurement workflows, IT systems, and business operations tools.
  • Own financial reporting processes: budget modeling, cash flow tracking, and investor/Board updates.
  • Develop and execute company-wide systems for project management, analytics, and strategic goal tracking.
  • Build and manage people operations: hiring, onboarding, policies, and intentional culture-building.


What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in a startup or scale-up environment with direct responsibility in finance, operations, or people management.
  • Experience working in startup or engineering consultancy firm.
  • Proven ability to build and run processes from the ground up (not just inherit them).
  • Strong data and analytical skills, including financial modeling and KPI dashboards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create order and deliver results in fast-changing environments.
