Senior Director Project Finance & Capital Markets

Salary: $200,000 base + bonus

This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership seat where finance directly shapes strategy and outcomes. As Senior Director, you will work closely with executive leadership, to drive project finance execution, capital markets strategy, and investment decision-making across the platform. You will own advanced financial modeling and structuring efforts, lead debt and tax equity financing processes, and serve as a key interface with lenders, investors, and advisors.

What you will do:

• Lead the development and ownership of advanced project finance, tax equity, and capital structure models, and provide financial and market insights to guide investment, capital planning, and growth strategy.
• Drive project finance execution across development and construction, managing the process from internal approvals through solicitation, diligence, structuring, and close.
• Play a central role in debt and equity financings, supporting financing strategy, market analysis, risk evaluation, and preparing investor-ready materials and virtual data rooms.
• Collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders (legal, banks, investors, consultants), leveraging Excel and AI-enabled tools (LLMs, Python/VBA) to optimize modeling efficiency and scalability..

What you will have:

• Deep expertise in financial modeling, project finance, tax equity, debt/equity structures, and energy economics.
• Hands-on experience with tax equity and partnership taxation within renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to execute financings, not just model them, with credibility among lenders and tax equity investors.
• Advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to St. Augustine, FL, with the potential to expand into broader senior leadership as the company scales..
