Construction Superintendent

New opportunity with a leading solar EPC specializing in distributed generation projects, currently expanding their Construction team in the Northeast!

They’re hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of 2-7MW DC solar PV projects.

This is a field leadership role ideal for someone with strong solar construction experience who thrives in managing operations, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality projects that accelerate the clean energy transition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through commissioning for PV projects.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily field operations and subcontractor activities (civil, mechanical, electrical).
• Monitor and enforce site safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Conduct daily site meetings and toolbox talks.
• Interface with project management to report progress, resolve issues, and support schedule and budget goals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs, inspections, and photo records.
• Oversee equipment deliveries, material staging, and site logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10 years of solar construction management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 3-4 days per week to job sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 10 minimum required.
• Professional licenses in trade (CSL, NABCEP PV, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
