VP of Corporate Finance

Location: Houston

Salary: Up to $180,000 - $220,000 & Bonus

Piper Maddox are currently partnered with the leading renewable energy investment platforms who are focused on providing large scale energy projects with land within the US.

As the VP of Corporate Finance, you will support the c-suite closely, and lead on the overall strategy for corporate finance. Leading a small team of finance professionals overseeing the internal corporate strategy, and long term outlook for the business.

What you will do:

• Manage the financial reporting, tracking, and budgets for all group entities.
• Oversee all compliance for the business including tax reporting, bank relations and overall accounting.
• Oversee the creation of complex financial models critical to forecasting and long terms operations.
• Lead a team of analysts cultivating their development and natural growth within the team.

What you will have:

• 10+ years working within corporate finance, with a track record of overseeing large financial budgets and models.
• Experience within renewable energy is preferred, but a deep understanding of real estate is necessary.
• Ideally managed a team of financial analysts / accounts previously.
