Construction Project Manager

We’re working with a growing Energy Services Company to hire a Project Manager supporting turnkey energy efficiency and infrastructure projects across commercial, industrial, and MUSH clients.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where you’ll lead projects from audit through implementation—delivering measurable cost savings and sustainability outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead full lifecycle ESCO projects (audit → design → install → M&V)

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Own budgets, schedules, and project delivery

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10+ years in ESCO, energy efficiency, or building infrastructure

• Experience with performance contracting / guaranteed savings models

• Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, controls, or building systems

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
