About the Company A leading renewable energy provider specializing in turnkey solar and storage solutions. The organization delivers comprehensive EPC and O&M services for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. With a team of less than 100 employees, they are committed to driving clean energy adoption through innovative, scalable solutions across Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project schedules and budgets for large-scale solar installations, typically ranging from 5–8 MW, with some projects up to 30 MW. This role requires strong leadership to manage and mentor a team of two junior Project Managers, ensuring successful project delivery and team development. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Manage and mentor two Project Managers. Provide guidance and leadership to elevate team performance and project outcomes. PMP certification required. ~ Minimum 3+ years of experience in Commercial & Industrial solar projects (not residential). ~ Proven ability to lead and develop project management teams. ~ Familiarity with projects in the 5–8 MW range; exposure to larger projects is a plus. ~ Willingness to travel approximately 25% to job sites in Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri.
