At the same time, the team is entering an exciting phase — building out its renewables platform with strong financial backing and a genuine appetite to invest, which gives the project manager a chance to join at a high-impact moment. This position goes beyond pure project execution. It offers exposure across development, financing, and engineering, so the work feels much closer to the full lifecycle of a project than a typical siloed PM position. Travel to office is only about once a week and the projects in the pipeline are 300MW+ in size. Coordinate with development, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to transition projects from development to construction. Oversee EPC and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements. Lead site mobilization, logistics, and construction sequencing in alignment with project milestones. Develop and track detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Manage RFIs, change orders, and progress payments in collaboration with the project controls team.
