Capital Planning & Fundraising – Oversee capital structure, project financing, and fundraising efforts (debt, equity, tax equity); manage banking and investor relationships.
Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure accurate financial reporting, audits, and compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and investor requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with strategic initiatives and project pipeline.
Team Leadership & Development – Build and manage the finance and accounting team; Risk Management & Governance – Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks while ensuring robust internal controls.
Operational Support – Partner with development, construction, and operations teams to optimize project-level financial performance, pricing, and cost management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
~10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years as CFO or senior finance executive in a project-based or capital-intensive industry.
~ Strong expertise in project finance, capital structuring, and M&A.
~ Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
~ Proficiency in ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel.
~ MBA or CFA.
Experience leading tax equity financing and M&A transactions.
