We’re looking for an Assistant General Counsel to lead legal execution across project acquisition, construction, financing, and long-term ownership. Lead and negotiate complex project agreements: PPAs, leases, EPC, O&M, interconnection, and acquisition documents. Advise on project finance structures—construction debt, term debt, tax equity partnerships, and IRA-related credits.
