We’re supporting a well-capitalized, international energy platform that has rapidly established a strong presence in the US over the past few years. In that time, they’ve built a diversified portfolio of generation assets (1GW+), a retail energy platform with tens of thousands of customers, and committed significant capital ($200M+) toward near-term infrastructure investment .

They are now actively delivering utility-scale battery energy storage projects , with multiple assets already breaking ground and a growing pipeline into 2026 and beyond.

Backed by a large global parent operating across multiple countries, the business combines financial stability, long-term investment horizon, and a genuine growth trajectory in the US market .

This hire is a key Project Manager role , offering the opportunity to take ownership of critical projects and help shape delivery standards as the platform scales .

The Role

This position sits post-development through construction and into operations , acting as the key interface between internal teams and an external EPC partner.

With construction support already in place, the focus is on end-to-end project oversight, commercial alignment, and execution discipline , rather than building out a team from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery from NTP through construction and into COD
  • Maintain and manage project schedules , ensuring key milestones are met
  • Lead project reporting across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure EPC and construction partners deliver in line with contract terms (scope, schedule, performance)
  • Provide overall project oversight , coordinating across engineering, construction, and commercial teams
  • Support and manage commercial aspects of the project (contracts, change orders, risk)
  • Act as the central point of coordination between development, EPC, and operations

Candidate Profile

  • 4–5+ years of project management experience in energy infrastructure
  • Strong preference for utility-scale / front-of-meter experience
  • Experience with standalone BESS projects preferred (solar + storage also relevant)

Background in:

  • Construction management (preferred) , or
  • Project engineering with strong delivery exposure
  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle
  • Experience working within or alongside: Developers / IPPs / EPC contractors
  • Comfortable managing both technical and commercial project components
