- Plan and monitor resources to ensure timely project completion within budget
- Manage rollout of software and reporting initiatives to business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline or quantitative background
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or graduate school; 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis, with knowledge of data science
- Intermediate experience with BI tools like Tableau and ticketing systems such as Jira
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent personal accountability and ability to balance competing priorities
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data sets independently
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing technical projects and small project teams
- Excellent attention to detail
