- Manage all aspects of multi-million dollar construction, refrigeration, and controls projects
- Support sales functions by assisting with quote preparation, project development, and proposals
- Maintain customer satisfaction through building relationships and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee subcontractor RFQ process, manage execution, and foster professional relationships
- Financially manage projects, including cash flow, monthly forecasts, and expense monitoring
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
- Advanced understanding of construction energy projects and systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence project teams
- Proficient in project scheduling and project management construction software
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time
- Ability to obtain a General Contracting license
- Experience in managing large-scale energy-related construction projects
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
