- Draft and edit correspondence related to program violations, ensuring adherence to procedures
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to streamline disciplinary processes and identify improvements
- Analyze consumer complaints and program violations to recommend proactive compliance measures
- Maintain client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in compliance, consumer protection, or related fields
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to edit and review team members' work
- Exceptional attention to detail and professional client interaction skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote)
- Knowledge of solar policies, terminology, and programs
- Experience with Salesforce
