- Manage and oversee large-scale, complex demand-side management programs from initiation through closeout
- Execute and adapt program implementation approaches in response to evolving market conditions and stakeholder needs
- Manage day-to-day program delivery, track timelines, quality standards, and escalate issues to leadership as appropriate
- Contribute to the development of multi-year program strategies and annual work plans to optimize performance
- Serve as the primary client-facing project contact, managing ongoing relationships with utility and public-sector clients
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex programs or projects within energy efficiency or a regulated industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including complex data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of project and program management principles, including risk management and quality control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently and balance competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to analyze program data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Experience utilizing internal systems and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Slack
