We are currently working with a leading global Renewable Energy platform who are highly regraded for their capabilities that includes development, Financing and operating Renewable Assets. They are looking to add an Associate to their Investment and Transactions team in North Sydney


This position will supports financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis across renewable energy projects including wind, solar and BESS

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial and valuation models
  • Assess investment, acquisition and growth opportunities
  • Support due diligence and transaction execution
  • Prepare investment and board papers
  • Conduct sensitivity and risk analysis
  • Assist with portfolio optimization and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors


Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Valuations, investment analysis, investment banking, project finance, corporate development or advisory
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field
