Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
· Order Processing: Process sales orders and samples, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
· Database Management: Maintain and update sales databases, manage customer accounts, and compile lists of potential clients.
· Sales Assistance: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and coordinating quotes.
· Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
· Coordination: Liaise with Sales representatives, Product managers, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
· Reporting: Generate reports on sales performance, order status, and other relevant metrics.
· Support: General support on lead research and analysis.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Previous experience in sales (min 2 years), customer service, or a related field.
· Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tracking tools, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
· Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
· Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving company goals.
