Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
·Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Order Processing: Handle sales orders and sample requests, track shipments, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systems; manage client accounts and build lead lists.
Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and quotes, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Sales Analysis: Review and analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that enhance sales performance.
Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Product Managers, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports on sales activities, order status, and performance metrics.
Research & Support: Conduct lead research, assist in market analysis, and support the team in business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales tracking software, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaboration: Strong team player capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving company objectives.
