Job Title: Social Media Manager – Part-Time Intern (Sustainability & Composting)

Location: Hybrid (Office based In Ghatkopar, Mumbai)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month all inclusive


We are looking for a passionate and driven Social Media Intern to manage and grow our digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The role focuses on promoting sustainability, food waste composting, and environmental impact initiatives—organically, without reliance on paid ads & AI


Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Planning

o Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with sustainability themes

o Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories focused on composting, waste management, and impact metrics

o Translate on-ground work (installations, data, impact) into compelling digital content

• Platform Management

o Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts end-to-end

o Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

o Post content regularly as per agreed schedule


Who Should Apply

• Students or undergraduates in Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, or related fields

• Strong interest in environmental impact, waste management, or climate action

• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Instagram insights, LinkedIn analytics

• Good writing and storytelling skills

• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
