Senior Recruitment Consultant – Climate Tech & Product

Fully Remote (UK-Based only)

Permanent People are recruiting on behalf of a specialist search business operating within the climate and sustainability space. They partner with companies genuinely focused on creating a better future for the planet, helping them hire high-performing talent across technology and product.

This is a fully remote role for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their desk and wants to work closely with a high-performing founder in a small but ambitious business.

You’ll have the freedom to work independently, without being micromanaged, while still being part of a collaborative and values-driven environment.

What they’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in 360 agency recruitment
• Must have experience recruiting within Climate Tech, Product, Data or Engineering sectors.
• Solid track record in terms of billings and performance
• Someone commercially driven but relationship-led
• A self-starter who can manage their own time and desk remotely
• Strong communication and business development skills
• Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable working in a small business environment
