Overview

The Logistics Procurement Sustainability Sr. Analyst & Reporting will manage set of activities for Climate Change (3PL Scope 3 GHG emissions). Focus is on maintaining and constantly updating datasets for plans and strategies for decarbonization for 16 BUs across Europe, managing projects for emission reporting tools for Primary and secondary transportation, aggregating data to Provide input for OPEX and CAPEX Transport sustainability budget for AOP and PSP purposes per BU.

Influence on total transportation spend of ~$700MM.

Responsibilities

Category Management/Operational Excellence:

  • Own and manage Sustainability Glidepaths (datasets for plans and strategies for decarbonization) in transport for 16 BUs, including model development, input data collection from stakeholders and building Sector aggregated glidepath models
  • Prepare and calibrate questionaries for BU and 3PL maturity assessment, build presentation decks of the assessment result for 16 BUs.
  • Manage emission reporting tool platform for primary transportation (Carbon Visibility Tool), including service provider management, support of BUs in data upload, creating reports, managing projects for tool performance optimization.
  • Lead cross functional project for development of emission reporting tool platform for secondary transportation and manage it after implementation.
  • Manage Total Cost of ownership modeling tool, including data collection from internal and external stakeholders, model updates, validation of the results per BU.
  • Provide input for OPEX and CAPEX Transport sustainability budget for AOP and PSP purposes per BU.
  • Collaborate with transportation suppliers for emission reporting collection and analysis.
  • Organize bi-yearly Transportation sustainability forums for PepsiCo logistic partners and share best practices.
  • Prepare presentations to provide overall summary/performance metrics.
  • Provide support on pilot project implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain. Good understanding of supply chain function principals in FMCG is key.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBi. Capability to quickly create and build scenarios, models, presentation.
