Executive Assistant to the CEO
Responsibilities
- Strategic Executive Support & Analysis (80%)
- Executive Briefing & Strategy: Review, analyze, and synthesize incoming market intelligence, technical reports, and operational briefs into actionable summaries for the CEO.
- Board & Stakeholder Presentations: Draft, structure, and refine high-level board decks, strategic meeting presentations, and investor materials.
- Compliance & Deadline Tracking: Monitor critical carbon market regulatory updates, international VVB compliance requirements, accreditation timelines, and internal executive project deadlines to ensure zero oversight.
- Special Projects Execution: Lead strategic internal research and cross-functional initiatives assigned by the CEO Office, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Phased External Representation: Over a 1–2 year period, progressively take on direct representation responsibilities—handling formal communications with accreditation bodies, carbon standards, project developers, and key industry stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. 2. Executive Operations & Administration (20%)
- Calendar & Priority Management: Strategically manage the CEO’s daily schedule, prioritization, and meeting agendas to maximize operational focus.
- Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate complex end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics, visa arrangements, and expense reconciliations for executive trips and climate summits.
- CEO Office Administration: Maintain governance records, executive document archives, and seamless administrative support for the CEO’s immediate workflow at HQ.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in executive assistance, management consulting, strategic operations, or environmental project coordination.
- Domain Knowledge: Foundational exposure to carbon markets, carbon accounting, greenhouse gas (GHG) programs, or sustainability frameworks—acquired either through tertiary education (e.g., MBA or Master's in Environmental Science, Climate Policy, Sustainable Finance) or direct industry work experience.
- Analytical & Technical Aptitude: Exceptional ability to distill technical, regulatory, or business reports into clear executive summaries and high-impact slide decks.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida for full-time, on-site office presence.
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills; professional poise suitable for eventual high-level executive representation.
- Discretion & Rigor: High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and absolute discretion when handling confidential strategic, financial, and compliance information
- Academic background or professional certification related to ISO 14064 / 14065, carbon offsets, or climate finance.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools (Asana, Notion, Jira), advanced MS Office / Google Workspace capabilities and ability to use AI tools such as Open AI, Claude, Gemini etc.
