Electrical Architecture, Power & PDM Systems:

  • Lead the overall electrical architecture for complete boat platforms
  • Design and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness layouts, grounding, and bonding strategies
  • Architect, configure, and support PDM (Power Distribution Module)–based power management systems to intelligently distribute, monitor, and protect electrical loads
  • Define load prioritization, current limits, fault protection, redundancy strategies, and diagnostic behavior using programmable and solid-state power distribution controllers
  • Transition legacy fuse/relay-based architectures to modern digital and solid-state power distribution solutions where appropriate
  • Ensure seamless integration of PDM controllers with touchscreen displays, digital switching systems, audio, lighting, and CAN-based networks
  • Design and manage power distribution for key onboard systems including ballast systems, surf and wake control systems, helm electronics, marine audio systems, lighting systems, and onboard accessory and convenience systems
  • Specify batteries, charging systems, switching hardware, ECUs, sensors, actuators, and power components to meet performance, durability, and marine compliance requirements.

Displays, UI/UX & Digital Systems:

  • Own the integration of touchscreen displays, helm controls, and digital user interfaces
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on UI/UX development to ensure intuitive, rider-focused experiences
  • Support display software configuration, feature definition, and system interaction logic
  • Enable user-facing diagnostics, system status, and power management interfaces utilizing PDM-enabled feedback.
