Location: Requires California residency and regular in-office work in Redwood City, CA.

Peninsula Clean Energy is a dynamic, not-for-profit governmental organization that seeks a part-time general administrative "utility player" to work with several teams in a dedicated administrative, customer support, and contract management function. Ideal for students and community members interested in a part-time administrative role with flexibility.
Responsibilities
Act as a general administrative "utility-player" to handle customer interface with PCE energy programs (e-bikes, Used EV, Home Upgrade components, email/call correspondence that require programs follow up, contractor interface, and third party rebate capture.
Learn and manage the ongoing administration of our Ironclad contract management system.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
High proficiency and computer literacy in Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM systems, and web-based platforms.
High level of organizational skills and strong communication abilities
Experience with customer relations and customer services is a plus
Valid California drivers license

Learn and synthesize new information and software quickly
Demonstrate patience, tact and courtesy at all times
Ability to carry 30 pounds, including transporting and carrying large bulky items such as a 10' canopy or 10' folding table
