The differentiators of working for Pell Frischmann…
- We think local and work local with our project teams similarly resourced on this basis. With our work wholly delivered in the UK, this ensures the continued development of our early to mid-career professionals, and lots of opportunities for ‘hands-on’ learning.
- We provide hands-on senior staff input throughout delivery, bringing continual learning and mentoring for our early to mid-career professionals.
- All that we do is underpinned by our Noble Purpose where the hard work of everyone across the business actively generates sustainable funds to reinvest in protecting the environment. Locally we embed this purpose and positive ethos it brings into in the way we operate, the way we think and how we go about delivering our projects.
- We do more than simply collaborate with clients; we also work as an extension to their team providing more opportunities to ‘see things from the other side’ and gain more skills early on.
- We adopt an agile business model and culture, which is non-bureaucratic, innovative, and pragmatic that empowers opportunities for all.
- We do not stand still - innovation is an underlying cornerstone of our business and which everyone in a delivery role is empowered to bring to all projects where there is the opportunity regardless of individual size or ‘gloss’.
