What You Will Be Responsible For
Supply chain strategy: You translate our overarching sustainability strategy into practical initiatives across the textile supply chain, partnering closely with Sourcing, Design, and Product teams to drive sustainable material selection.
Certification & compliance: You take full ownership of material certifications (such as GRS, RCS, RWS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX®), manage external audits and transaction certificates, and establish robust verification processes to ensure valid claims.
Traceability & suppliers: You build end-to-end traceability systems from raw fiber to final garment, conduct supplier risk assessments, and collaborate with partners on sustainable material strategies and improvement plans.
Sustainable packaging: You drive eco-friendly packaging projects across the supply chain, ensuring that materials, compliance guidelines, and supplier documentation meet all relevant environmental requirements.
Digital product integration: You integrate certification data into PLM/ERP systems, set data governance rules for sustainability KPIs, and strategically prepare our supply chain for the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
What We Are Looking For
Your educational path: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Environmental Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Your strengths: You bring strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. You excel at translating complex standards into clear operational processes, leading interactive workshops, and managing multicultural stakeholders with confidence.
Your profile: You have 3–5 years of professional experience in textile sustainability, sustainable sourcing, or certification management—ideally within the fashion or retail industry. You possess deep knowledge of fabric certifications, supply chain traceability, and digital tools like PLM or ERP systems, and You speak fluent Spanish alongside very good English skills.
