The Senior Controls Engineer will lead the electrical and controls engineering portion of assigned projects, from design through commissioning. This role requires advanced knowledge of combustion equipment controls, the ability to mentor junior engineers, and the skill to deliver innovative, reliable solutions for global customers. Design combustion control systems to meet project milestones and specifications. Program PLCs and HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens, or other platforms as specified). Select and validate third-party instrumentation and controls equipment. Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to internal teams and customers. Lead field commissioning for assigned projects. Prepare engineering documents for customer submittals. Maintain accurate product and project records. Deliver customer training on control systems. Mentor and guide less experienced Controls Engineers. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 7 years experience as a Controls Engineer; global project experience preferred. Strong PLC/HMI programming skills; Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
