The Role

We’re hiring a Field Operations Coordinator to be the operational “home base” for our nationwide field service team. You’ll report to the Director of System Implementation & Field Services and work closely with Engineering and Finance. Today our service team is 4 people (soon to be 6) who maintain systems across the country. You’ll help surface issues, coordinate fixes, uphold subcontractor quality, and own the team’s data and reporting.

Location : Memphis, TN (hybrid—partial work-from-home permitted; office and field work as required)

Primary job duties will include the following:

  • Own performance reporting for executive leadership—turn field data into clear insights and action.
  • Schedule & coordinate all maintenance site visits and ensure proper communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Manage the site issue tracker—triage, prioritize, and drive timely resolution.
  • Monitor fleet performance via our dashboard; flag anomalies and dispatch fixes.
  • Oversee subcontracted maintenance partners—ensure policy adherence, quality, and SLA compliance.
  • Maintain data integrity in HubSpot and Service Fusion; support process compliance across field personnel.
  • Run scheduling & dispatch for the maintenance (MX) team.
  • Improve and maintain SOPs—update maintenance instructions and collateral as our products evolve.
  • Prepare maintenance quotes and support work order creation as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, field services, scheduling/dispatch, or a similar coordination role (open to other experience levels with the right skills).
  • Hands-on learner—comfortable splitting time between office coordination and occasional field visits.
  • Clear communicator who builds strong working relationships with customers, technicians, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-savvy with strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
  • Process-minded and organized—able to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in a team, and adapts as business needs evolve.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Service Fusion (or similar CRM/field service tools) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HVAC or building services is a plus (not required).

Travel:

Some travel required. Visit active sites with our maintenance team at least 4 times per year

(Seasonal- higher during the summer, very little during the winter) Partial work from home permitted, office and field work as required.
