Our client, a leading transmission system operator, is looking for a Program Management Officer to support the structured follow-up and coordination of workstreams focused on renewable energy integration. The role focuses on bringing structure, transparency, and progress to strategic initiatives by supporting planning, stakeholder alignment, and decision preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish clear project planning, milestones, and follow-up structures for strategic energy workstreams.
  • Maintain consolidated action, risk, issue, and decision logs with defined ownership and timing.
  • Prepare and follow up on internal and external alignment meetings, including agendas and meeting notes.
  • Develop concise status reporting for management and steering committees on a recurrent basis.
  • Document and scope dependencies, blockers, and decision points in a structured way.
  • Support the preparation of decision materials, escalation notes, and stakeholder coordination documents.

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in Project Management, PMO support, or transversal coordination within complex corporate or regulated environments.
  • You bring experience with product-oriented ways of working or applying practices within a Product Operating Model.
  • You possess the ability to structure work, define planning, and create transparency on progress, risks, and issues.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, security, architecture, and regulatory domains.
  • You possess the ability to transform complex business and technical challenges into clear governance steps and management reporting.
  • You possess a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • You are proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented with a focus on prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • You are assertive yet diplomatic, functioning effectively as a team player within multidisciplinary teams.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good level of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with IT delivery, governance, architecture, cybersecurity, or connectivity.
  • Affinity with electricity markets, balancing products, or flexibility services.
  • Prior exposure to internal governance and project management practices in a similar utility environment.
