The Senior Product Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading the enterprise data and analytics product strategy across multiple business domains, ensuring that solutions are aligned to organizational priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes. The role plays a pivotal part in elevating product maturity, stakeholder engagement, and operational scalability across the data and analytics ecosystem.
Own and evolve the enterprise data & analytics product roadmap across business domains.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI; Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required. Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing product managers or architects.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms, data products, and analytics environments (Azure, Databricks, etc.) Strong understanding of agile principles, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Patterns compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
